Refound Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Different types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines can not be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS, software, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl discs that have been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you have been approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.

Only items at normal price can be refunded, unfortunately the items on sale can not be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once you receive the returned item, you will be sent a gift voucher.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor had the order shipped to himself and then handed it over to you, we will send you a refund to the donor and he will know about your return.

Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the user. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
